Your Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations, repairs, suplies, vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Serve as the go-to-contact for internal and external office-related matters
  • Coordinate the ordering, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials across North American offices
  • Track shipments, manage marketing stock levels and maintain accurate records using excel
  • Oversee office maintenance, safety and cleanliness
  • Manage building-related budgets and maintenance schedules,
