Job Summary:

As the Talent Management Program Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the design, execution, and administration of talent initiatives. You’ll help ensure employees have access to meaningful growth opportunities while assisting leaders in building a high-performing, engaged workforce.

This is a matrix role, reporting to AVP, Talent Management Strategy and Operations, that provides support for the Talent Management Function, ensuring that our programs are delivered successfully. The person in this role will work closely with program managers and will be responsible for administration, coordination, communication and reporting for our programs. This is a growth-oriented role that provides the incumbent with insight into all aspects of Talent Management.

The successful candidate will have a passion for learning and requires that the candidate has strong technical skills using Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint with a strong desire and capability to learn.

This is a hybrid position working 3 days onsite, 2 remote in our Warren, NJ headquarters.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Course Management

  • Plans, coordinates and schedules learning events.

  • Creates communications to market courses and programs.

  • Provides in-person and virtual classroom setup support.

  • Sends reminders, pre-and post-work to participants.

  • Compiles workbooks, manuals, job-aids, and other materials as needed.

  • Provide post-program support through surveys, interviews, or evaluations to identify gaps and any future training needs

Learning Administration

  • Enters courses into the Workday Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Manages rosters and enters attendance in the Workday LMS.

  • Assists learners in enrolling and dropping courses within Workday.

  • Maintains and analyzes organization and individual training records.

  • Run and create reports as requested by team members and HRBPs.

  • Provides metrics regarding learning activity for the organization.

  • Provide Talent Management leadership with ongoing reporting and analysis of developmental activities.

  • Processes invoices and assists with budget tracking.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a learning environment is desirable.

  • Experience with Workday or other Learning Management System preferred.

  • Proficiency with MS Office 365 including Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint and strong Excel capabilities is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $77,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
