Job Description - Overview
Responsibilities include:
- Provide support to the Vice President of Transportation by assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.
- Answering phone calls, greet visitors and correspond with employees and managers throughout the company.
- Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy of data and also contacting vendor or departments to resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Responsible for sorting and delivering the daily mail.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Perform a wide range of additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

- 3-5 Years of Administrative experience (required)
