Description
· Audit and Track inventory flow through the ERP software for accuracy and conduct Inventory Discrepancy investigations and provide resolution as needed.
· Conduct an annual inventory as determined by outside auditors. Conduct monthly and on-request cycle counts.
· Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to coordinate shipping and receiving schedules.
· Work with the Production Department to support material pulled from the warehouse to prepare materials and correctly move them within our ERP system prior to transfer to the production cell.
· Work cooperatively and professionally with DECI staff, clients and other business contacts. Maintain good public relations with customers and professional contacts.
· Direct staff in the Warehouse and Inventory Control.
· Develop, coordinate and track project list activities.
· Understand, interpret, follow, audit and ensure business unit compliance with the ISO 9001 quality management system. Initiate and promote business unit quality improvement efforts.
· Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control of Warehouse and Facility operations, quality, reliability and work safety.
· Coordinate, supervise and train subordinates to utilize their individual skills to maximize results.
· Complete departmental evaluations and approve time for staff in a timely manner.
· Recommend and participate in staff development activities to support development and increase morale.
· Handle personnel issues among staff.
· Use computer skills to inter-relate various PC and mainframe functions.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent. Advanced studies or degree preferred.
· Five years successful work experience in a related industry, supervisory experience.
· Initiative and leadership abilities are important traits for this position, along with a responsibility to deadlines and other subcontract job demands.
· Good organizational skills, the ability to work cooperatively with staff, and an interest in addressing the needs of disabled persons are assets.
· Knowledge of work area lay-out, job set-up and production scheduling. Good math, reading, writing and organizational skills.
· Physical ability to carry, move or lift at least thirty-five pounds; bend; climb; couch; kneel; stoop and walk.
· Customer service mentality and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
· Demonstrates strong knowledge of warehousing and inventory control principles.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work cooperatively with all levels of individuals. Ability to provide conflict resolution and remain unbiased.

· Detailed-oriented, strong organizational skills; ability to maintain easy accessibility to records & information.
· Flexibility to adapt to varied requests and interrupted schedules
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Computer Skills: Exceptional computer experience. Experience with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Inventory Management Software.
Other Requirements: U.S. Citizen or U.S. work qualification
