Role Summary:
The Inventory and Billing Coordinator will handle customer billing and accounts receivable, manage inventory for products like Starlink units, OneWeb, two-way radios, and satphones, and coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure smooth operations.
Role Priorities:
- Process customer invoices and monitor AR aging reports.
- Oversee payments and resolve billing disputes.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage procurement.
- Process orders, coordinate shipping and receiving.
- Work with internal teams to streamline operations.
- Prepare month-end close reconciliations for both inventory and billing.
- Code shipping expenses to the correct GL accounts.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple platforms to support billing, inventory, and logistics functions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Word
- Oracle Cloud experience is a plus
Education or Certification required:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of related experience
