Position Summary/Objective:
The Warehouse Dispatcher is responsible for maintaining installation and customer schedules for multiple locations and acting as the liaison between the drivers, vendors, customers and warehouse associates.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain installation and customer schedules for multiple locations
- Manage due dates in ERP system
- Work with internal suppliers and vendors to effectively manage orders
- Schedule field labor by directly communicating with installers as well as builders, superintendents, and homeowners.
- Respond to customers in order to resolve issues in the field
- Provide superior customer service, contribute to a positive work environment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Must have used lumber equipment and can understand measurements

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customers/client’s experience
- Background in Construction or Logistics
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)

- Highly reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position. Office and warehouse work environment.
Travel:
Some travel may be required for this position (<5%)
