 Position Summary/Objective:

The Warehouse Dispatcher is responsible for maintaining installation and customer schedules for multiple locations and acting as the liaison between the drivers, vendors, customers and warehouse associates.  


Essential Functions:

  • Maintain installation and customer schedules for multiple locations
  • Manage due dates in ERP system
  • Work with internal suppliers and vendors to effectively manage orders
  • Schedule field labor by directly communicating with installers as well as builders, superintendents, and homeowners.
  • Respond to customers in order to resolve issues in the field
  • Provide superior customer service, contribute to a positive work environment
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customers/client’s experience 
  • Background in Construction or Logistics
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Excellent multi-tasker
  • Project management skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Highly reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.



Work Environment:

This is a full-time position. Office and warehouse work environment.


Travel:

Some travel may be required for this position (<5%)
