Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product information
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service processes
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software
