Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK.
- Develop and automate infrastructure-as-code solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Write, test, and deploy Lambda functions to address cloud service needs and workflows.
- Manage and set up GitHub pipelines, ensuring smooth CI/CD integration for continuous delivery.
- Ensure consistent AWS patching processes, keeping systems up to date and secure.
- Administer EKS clusters in AWS, focusing on microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Ensure application availability, performance, and scalability on EKS. Collaborate with development teams on containerized applications.
- Implement and enforce security policies. Ensure system compliance with AWS standards.
- Set up and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
- Manage, Install and configure virtual cloud instances in AWS and Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions and provide technical expertise.
- Write clean, well-documented Python code to automate processes and enhance infrastructure management.
- Leverage your expertise to maintain and troubleshoot VMware, Linux, and Windows environments within cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure to ensure scalability, availability, and performance.
- Be a key player in improving and maintaining infrastructure processes to align with company growth and cloud technology advancements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Terraform and AWS CDK, with hands-on experience in building scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Strong Python programming skills, with the ability to write efficient, maintainable code.
- Deep understanding of GitHub pipelines, including configuration, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VMware, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with AWS Lambda and the ability to develop Lambda functions for diverse use cases.
- Strong knowledge of the AWS patching process and best practices in managing cloud-based systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certifications.
- Experience with API integrations and developing API-based solutions.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
