JOB PURPOSE
The diversified GMR group has invested in setting up a strong and professional Transformation Office to drive strategic growth, digital transformation, process and operational excellence. The Transformation team serves as an incubator for innovative initiatives across business functions, helping to build future-ready digital capabilities. The team consists of professionals and offers structured career progression
This Position will be responsible for driving digital and data led Transformation for concerned businesses/departments and will work closely with leadership to strategize scope for leveraging digital technologies, analytics, enhancing operational efficiency and implement change through stakeholder management.

This role of Digital Business Partner will have solid line reporting into the function / business which will host this role and have a matrix reporting into the GCTO organization
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

| Develop digital solutions and drive digital innovation for Businesses. |

| Design, adapt, and visualize solutions based on evolving requirements and communicate them through presentations, scenarios, and stories. |
• | Work with business stakeholders and cross-functional SMEs to deeply understand business context and key business problems. Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise. Enhance enterprise functions by introducing automation, process optimisation and digital-first operational models.

• | Bridge the gap between business and IT through Interpersonal relationship management skills, which will also include upward coaching for senior leadership |

| Lead discussions at peer review and use interpersonal skills to positively influence decision making Create Proof of concepts (POCs) / Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), then guide them through to production deployment and operationalization of projects. Drive profitability and strategic value from digital and analytics projects while ensuring alignment to business goals. Ensure that solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing to facilitate intra-inter function/BU sharing of new ideas, learnings and best practices. Build industry connections to enhance digital influence. |
• • | Explore design options to assess efficiency and impact, develop approaches to improve robustness and rigor Formulate model-based solutions by combining machine learning algorithms with other techniques such as simulations. Skilled in the application and use of Multi model Gen-AI and business analytics/visualization tools.
