Responsibilities

This role would be assisting the Presidents Council team with the following responsibilities:
  • Mailing new Presidents Council Member letters to those without active email addresses in CRM.
  • Upload weekly signed acknowledgements to CRM.
  • Take photos at tailgates and assist with editing and posting.
  • Social Media posts and analytics review.
  • Data analytics – review and compile monthly stats around email opens/unsubscribes/unique clicks.
  • Coordinate and assemble travel packages for shipping.
  • Thank you calls to unmanaged new PC members without active emails in the system.
  • Assist with check-in at PC Cocktail Hours at the Union Club Hotel during football season. 
  • Prepare printed materials and assist with preparations for PFSB events and meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Good organizational skills, communication skills and ability to follow directions.
  • Able to work independently in completing tasks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Dependable, detailed oriented, deadline driven.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Dauch Alumni Center.

Required Education & Experience

  • Current Purdue University student
  • All majors considered
