Inside Sales Specialist
HYBRID REMOTE/BEDFORD, PA

Imagine being directly responsible for helping the nation grow, to BUILD. Rockland Manufacturing, a well-known, family-owned construction equipment manufacturer with an excellent reputation for quality, is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to develop relationships with specific high value dealer sales teams. You'll be primarily working from home (unless you want to be on site, which is ok too!), with rare travel required.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Cold Calling
- B2C Selling
- Developing Sales and Marketing Scripts
- Targeting: Analyzing and Prioritizing best ROI
- Developing New Customers
- Managing CRM and Pipeline information
What You'll Need:
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly a strong ability to connect with a variety of individuals over the phone.
- Resilience
- Tenacity
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Positive attitude with a strong drive to win.
- Degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience in outbound sales or similar role
- Construction industry experience preferred but not required.
