Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $58,000.00 - $88,000.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities:
•    Create Physician Bio Cards: Assist in designing and producing bio cards for physicians, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and present key information clearly and consistently.
•    Develop Monthly Advertising Decks: Help create monthly advertising decks to highlight key marketing initiatives and campaign results.

•    Competitive Analysis: Support the team by conducting quarterly competitive analysis, gathering data on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform strategy.
•    Manage Ad-Hoc Creative Requests: Coordinate and assist in executing ad-hoc creative requests from internal teams ensuring timely and accurate completion.

•    Brand Asset Management: Aid in the creation, resizing, and updating of brand assets, ensuring that all assets are consistent and up-to-date across various platforms.
•    Track Creative Deadlines: Ensure all creative projects are completed on time by assisting in tracking project timelines and deadlines for various marketing initiatives.
•    Agency Collaboration: Participate in weekly agency calls, contributing to discussions around media planning, digital marketing, and creative execution to ensure alignment with overall strategies.
•    Creative File Management: Help maintain and organize creative files, including logos, brand assets, badges, and digital banners, ensuring easy access and proper file management.
•    Facilitate Internal Meeting Notes: Document meeting notes, key takeaways, and action items from internal team meetings, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives.
•    Budget Coordination: Assist in coordinating purchase orders (POs) and help ensure the marketing budget is updated and tracked accurately.
•    Monitor Live Digital Creative Links: Support in monitoring live digital creative links, ensuring assets are functioning properly and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

•    Digital Reporting Support: Contribute to the creation of digital marketing performance reports, summarizing key insights, metrics, and results to inform future marketing decisions.
•    Manage Digital Testing Scenarios: Assist in managing digital testing campaigns, helping ensure that creatives are tested effectively across different platforms.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•    Exposure to marketing, preferably from internships or previous marketing roles.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus, but not required.
•    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at
