The HR Administrative Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of Famous Human Resources,
Through working with a variety of personnel, duties, and departments, the HR Administrative Coordinator will gain a robust understanding of all Human Resources functions, while acquiring valuable experience to develop their HR career.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Distributing daily department mail to proper HR associates.
Answering department phones.
Assist HR Generalists as needed.
Assist HR team members with job fairs, and events.
Assist with recruiting as needed.
May assist with additional benefits support tasks as needed.
Assist with new hire onboarding as needed.
Maintain personnel and other HR files.
Keep e-filed and hard copy documents secure, organized, and up to date.
Required Experience and Skills:
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Primarily Outlook and Excel).
Internal customer service mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Experience and Skills
1 year of experience working in an HR department, HR support, or related field.
ADP WorkForce Now experience a plus.
