The HR Administrative Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of Famous Human Resources,

Through working with a variety of personnel, duties, and departments, the HR Administrative Coordinator will gain a robust understanding of all Human Resources functions, while acquiring valuable experience to develop their HR career. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Distributing daily department mail to proper HR associates.

  • Answering department phones.

  • Assist HR Generalists as needed.

  • Assist HR team members with job fairs, and events.

  • Assist with recruiting as needed.

  • May assist with additional benefits support tasks as needed.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding as needed.

  • Maintain personnel and other HR files.

  • Keep e-filed and hard copy documents secure, organized, and up to date.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Primarily Outlook and Excel).

  • Internal customer service mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and teamwork.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 1 year of experience working in an HR department, HR support, or related field.

  • ADP WorkForce Now experience a plus.
