Description

Under general supervision, but according to established policies and procedures, assists Vice President of IT and Chief Operations Officer with all types of information technology and computer activities.

Position Expectations
Assist with general computer operations, network operations, inter-branch communication systems and disaster recovery.
Assist with evaluation, selection and implementation of vendors, equipment and IT projects
Assist with the development of content for and support of internal web site for employee and director use.
In conjunction with IT staff, resolve IT trouble tickets.
Serve as resource for employee questions on application software (exchange, office, outlook, mobile device administration, internal web-site).
In conjunction with Information Systems Security Officer administer vendor management program.

 

Qualifications


Preferred Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems, network devices and protocol, web page design and maintenance and various application/productivity software is required.
  • Knowledge of all types of computer operating systems, network devices and application software, web page design and mobile communications.
