• Compensation Type: Base hourly rate & a generous monthly bonus/commission plan
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday with a scheduled weekday off

In this role, you will have the chance to:

• Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments for the Sales team
• Respond promptly to sales calls and online inquiries
• Prepare and maintain daily reports 
• Conduct follow-up calls with clients and the sales team 
• Additional tasks as assigned by the management team

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Automotive BDC or sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• A dependable, organized approach with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent attention to details
• Professional phone etiquette
