Essential Functions

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Business Unit management and team members.

• Perform various office administrative and clerical tasks in collaboration with Human Resources and General Affairs.

• Coordinate business operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies, including scheduling meetings, managing business trips, and processing invoices.

• Support general administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, booking conference rooms and restaurants, and running errands.

• Manage inventory, shipments, and deliveries related to the business unit.

• Maintain and update administrative data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Analyze and represent data using Excel and PowerPoint in a timely and efficient manner when needed.

• Assist in organizing and planning team events.

• Prepare and submit administrative documents and data to designated departments or organizations on schedule.

• Serve as the first point of contact for admin-related inquiries.

• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and ensure clarity around priorities and goals across functional areas.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong customer and employee orientation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• 3–5 years of proven success in an Admin/HR department.

• Experience in communicating and applying company policies and procedures.

• Prior experience as an administrative assistant.
