Rheem is seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Senior Technology Analyst to support and enhance our global Oracle HCM Cloud platform. In this individual contributor role, you’ll play a critical part in configuring, administering, and expanding our Oracle HCM Cloud Core and related modules across multiple countries, including Australia, Vietnam, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, Netherlands, Germany, and Slovakia.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-friendly HR technology solutions that support our global workforce. This role supports our Enterprise division located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Journeys, Documents of Record, Self-Service, Security, Workflows/Approvals, and Recruiting Cloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth operation of Core HR, Talent, Security, and Compensation processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document technical and functional specifications.
- Lead and manage global Oracle HCM Cloud projects and workstreams in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates, best practices, and new features.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and Fusion Analytics Warehouse.
- Build and manage integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reports, and Fast Formulas.
- Analyze and implement system updates, patches, and new features.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Core HCM, including employee record management.
- Analyze Core HCM data to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Create and deliver training materials and knowledge-sharing sessions for end-users.
- Support compliance and regulatory reporting, including EEO and audit requirements.
- Administer Oracle Advanced Controls and support segregation of duties processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in all HCM Core processes.
- Contribute to refining internal HR Tech processes such as Change Control, Configuration Management, Release Management, and Testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Mathematics.
- 7+ years of experience in IT or HR Technology.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, ORC, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Journeys, Documents of Record, Advanced Controls, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, Security, and Workflows.
- Experience in integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, Fast Formulas and data conversions across multiple countries.
- Knowledge of integrating systems via APIs and Middleware
- Proven ability to partner with global HR stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence decisions across a matrixed organization.
- Understanding of business operations and current HR tech trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Mathematics.
- Oracle Core HR Cloud Implementation Professional certification.
- Experience with UKG Dimensions and Analytics.
- Boomi integration experience.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as SD-Works, ProTime, Dayforce, Ceridian, and Tress (Mexico).
- PMP certification.
