- To support the commercial team for weekly/monthly reporting (utilization report, fleet status report, MMR backlog reports, weekly marketing updates – minutes of meeting)
- To be responsible for Sales and Purchase enquiries, actively engaging with buyers for vessels to be disposed, sourcing for candidates which Group/BU wishes to pursue
- To be responsible for closing of a sale/purchase transaction, including handling all documents related to the Protocol of delivery and acceptance and liaison with departments such as legal and accounts for invoicing
- To assist in the planning of marketing events and activities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in offshore support vessel (OSV) sales and purchase experience or commercial support experience in similar industry
- Minimum diploma in Business or Maritime studies
- Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential
- Highly organized, resourceful, proactive and meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
