We’re looking for a Brand Integration Specialist to support our brand positioning efforts across various channels and projects. This role will ensure consistency and impact in both internal and external brand communications, contribute to content development, and provide tactical support for product launches, partnerships, and internal culture campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper implementation of brand assets and messaging in co-branded campaigns.
  • Monitor brand consistency across all communications and materials.
  • Conduct brand assessments to different areas across the company. 
  • Safeguard the brand guidelines, including tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Support brand activities with strategic partners and new product launches. 
  • Produce and edit content for campaigns, LinkedIn, YouTube, corporate videos, social media, and celebrity collaborations.
  • Coordinate photo shoots, video productions, and branded merchandise creation.
  • Review and support copywriting across touchpoints such as websites, UX, telesales, user communications, and marketing collateral.
  • Partner with HR/People teams to create internal communication materials, employer branding content, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Help implement and roll out brand guidelines to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Provide operational support during new product, feature, and campaign launches.
  • Track project progress and coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Legal, UX, Tech, and Design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, communications, or a similar role.
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken) 
  • Excellent Spanish grammar and writing skills.
  • Proven creativity in developing marketing concepts, campaigns, or content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience with Figma is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in the financial or technology sector is a plus.
