A job that matters: your tasks

Product listing creation and maintenance

• Upload and update product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and variants in Shopify
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all product data

Collection and tag organization

• Structure products into appropriate collections
• Apply relevant tags to improve product discoverability and filtering

Bulk content management

• Support CSV-based product uploads
• Assist with bulk editing tasks through the Shopify admin interface

User access management

• Create and configure user accounts with the correct permissions

Basic HTML editing

• Modify product descriptions using HTML to adjust formatting (e.g., bold, links, lists)
• Ensure no impact on layout or structure of live pages

Quality control and proactive review

• Detect and correct inconsistencies or errors in content or structure
• Ensure updates follow brand and UX guidelines

Cross-functional collaboration

• Communicate effectively with remote teams (Germany, Bulgaria, Switzerland).
• Align with team leads on priorities and timelines

An experience that matters: your skills

• Academic or personal experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop), CMS tools, or digital product/content management will be considered a plus
• Educational Requirements: Excellent communication in English (German would be a plus)
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields (or related): E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Web Development, or Information Systems
