Overview

As Product Manager – Bluebeam Solutions at ATG USA, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of our Bluebeam product line. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, and Technical Support to drive adoption, maximize revenue, and ensure our Bluebeam offerings deliver exceptional value to AEC and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth

  • Own sales targets and growth metrics for Bluebeam Solutions
  • Build data-driven go-to-market plans that highlight time-saving markups, collaboration efficiencies, and ROI.

Customer Advocacy

  • Lead customer interviews, case studies, and advisory sessions to capture real-world pain points (e.g., distributed team collaboration, document version control).

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Engineering and UX Team to define requirements for client integrations, user flows, and successful criteria for new Bluebeam features.
  • Partner with Sales and Professional Services teams to develop demo environments, ROI calculators, training materials, and playbooks.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor AEC trends, BIM/CAD integration, digital twin workflows, mobile review, and position Bluebeam against competing PDF and collaboration tools.
  • Identify white‑space opportunities in adjacent sectors (manufacturing, government) and recommend expansion strategies.

Enablement & Launch

  • Drive launch campaigns, channel training, and customer webinars that showcase Bluebeam’s core differentiators: real-time markup sync, customizable toolsets, integration with Autodesk/Revit, and secure Studio Sessions.
  • Equip our Account Executives with sales collateral, deal‑registration processes, and co-marketing assets.

Partnership Development

  • Foster strategic alliances with Bluebeam by attending all Forum events and conferences held by Bluebeam.
  • Coordinate joint events, trade‑show appearances, and customer workshops to drive pipeline and product awareness.

Performance Measurement

  • Define and track KPIs for license utilization, active user growth, churn, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
  • Leverage analytics to optimize pricing, packaging, and upsell/cross-sell motions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in cloud-based collaboration or document management solutions.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Bluebeam Revu, Studio, and Bluebeam Cloud (or comparable PDF markup and collaboration tools).
  • Deep understanding of AEC workflows, including BIM/CAD review processes, submittals, and field-to-office collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable defining KPIs, interpreting usage data, and translating insights into action.
  • Excellent communicator: capable of crafting clear product messaging and delivering compelling presentations to technical and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with sales teams, channel partners, and professional services to drive product adoption.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder roadmaps and prioritizing features against business objectives.

About the Products You'll Support

  • Bluebeam Revu: Industry‑leading PDF creation, editing, and markup tools tailored for AEC professionals.

  • Bluebeam Studio: Collaborative cloud workspace and Studio Sessions for real‑time document review and version control.

  • Bluebeam Cloud: Browser‑based access to markups and collaboration workflows, bridging desktop workflows with anytime, anywhere access.
