Description
VP of Sales
About Us:
We don’t believe in small wins. We’re here to lead the Autodesk channel, shake up the reseller space, and take the lion’s share of the AEC tech market.
We’re already a top-performing Autodesk partner with a killer team, a great reputation, and serious growth plans. Now we’re looking for a VP of Sales who’s ready to architect the next chapter: revenue acceleration, team scaling, and national domination.
This isn’t a seat-warmer role. We’re looking for a sales visionary who leads with intensity, hires for impact, and builds scalable engines that deliver year after year.
Location: North Little Rock, AR, headquarters, required.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
- Lead the Charge: Own top-line revenue. Forecast, track, and exceed aggressive growth goals across net-new sales, renewals, and upsell channels.
- Build a Championship Team: Hire, develop, and mentor sales leaders and reps who consistently outperform. Create a culture of success, competition, and celebration.
- Own the GTM Strategy: Craft sales playbooks, vertical strategies, and channel alignment plans. If it impacts revenue, it has your fingerprint on it.
- Scale With Precision: Take what’s working and scale it—tech stack, process, territory coverage, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Collaborate Across Leadership: Sit at the executive table. Work with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical leadership to align growth initiatives.
- Track It, Prove It, Repeat It: Use real-time metrics, dashboards, and reporting to manage performance and make high-impact decisions.
What You Bring:
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B tech/software sales, with 4+ years leading and scaling high-performing teams at the director or VP level.
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
- Proven success managing large portfolios and hitting big, audacious growth targets.
- Strong background in solution selling—bonus for Autodesk, AEC/MFG tech, or complex licensing models.
- Experience scaling teams (10–50+) across multiple geographies or verticals.
- Deep knowledge of sales metrics, forecasting, pipeline velocity, and enterprise deal strategy.
- You lead with confidence, coach with care, and close like a savage.
- High EQ, low ego—your team wins because you make them better.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Executive-Level Compensation: Strong base + aggressive bonus structure.
- Leadership Visibility: You’re not buried in a chart—you’re helping set the course.
- A Platform to Scale: The resources, backing, and autonomy to build something lasting.
- Premium Brand + Autodesk Backing: A strong name in the channel, ready to go bigger.
- Room to Innovate: We’re nimble, flexible, and not afraid to experiment if the outcome means growth.
- Smart, Driven Culture: No passengers—just a tight-knit crew of builders, closers, and leaders who show up to win.
