This internship offers an opportunity to contribute and to learn through direct experience about the ongoing development and maintenance of the ArcelorMittal brand. To this end, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive person to support the Head of Brand.
This role will involve working on strategic brand initiatives, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and managing key administrative and coordination tasks concerned with the brand. A keen eye for design detail will be a useful asset.
Applicants should have a relevant experience in Marketing, Brand, Communications or Graphic Design and have an advanced level in English. They should have exceptional organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills. A professional demeanor and ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity will be necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and ideally Indesign and Photoshop will be important.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the Head of Brand in the planning and execution of global brand initiatives
- Assist in preparing executive presentations, reports, and internal communications
- Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple teams
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the organization and maintenance of brand documentation and assets
- Assist with administrative tasks including calendar management, travel planning, and correspondence
