Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations with a focus on cabinet-related tasks. This role assembles cabinets, assists with cabinet deliveries, wraps and protects cabinets for transport, and organizes cabinets by kitchen or project.
Additionally, this position maintains a clean and orderly work environment and performs various general warehouse duties as needed to support overall efficiency and workflow, including unloading materials, restocking supplies, assisting with inventory counts, and helping with equipment maintenance or minor repairs.
Reporting to the AVP, Property Preservation, this position is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of pre-sale, Real Estate Owned (REO), and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) conveyance properties across multiple states. This role coordinates and oversees all aspects of property maintenance, including bid review, vendor management, code compliance, and quality assurance.
Additionally, this position ensures timely and accurate updates to internal and client systems, maintains data integrity, and supports performance metrics through detailed documentation and proactive issue resolution. This role closely collaborates with cross-functional teams and ensures adherence to client service agreements to help maintain operational efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
- 1+ years’ experience in property preservation, property management, construction, vendor management, or quality control
- 1+ years’ experience reviewing vendor bids, analyzing inspection reports, and preparing invoices in accordance with client or regulatory standards preferred
- Familiarity with investor guidelines for FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac preferred
- Ability to interpret and manage property data, bids, and inspection reports in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $35,360.00-$41,600.00 annually
