About the Role
About You
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification, or significant professional experience
- Formal qualification in Advice, Guidance or Career Coaching at Level 6 or above
- Experience providing employability-focused one-to-one advice and coaching
- Experience designing and delivering career education resources, workshops, or learning activities
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and use of digital tools like Target Connect
- Experience working in or with a Higher Education Careers & Employability service
- Experience in graduate recruitment or talent acquisition
- AdvanceHE Fellowship at any level
- Commercial awareness of student/graduate recruitment and the graduate labour market
- Ability to analyse and translate data to identify trends in support and engagement, especially for widening participation groups
Additional Information
The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
This is a fixed term role covering maternity, until 11/12/2026.
Interview date: 10th September
- This post may require work into the evenings and at weekends to support on campus events
- The post holder may be required to travel within the region and to Bath Spa’s London campus as part of this role
