Temporary Position – 6 months

 

Summary:

The person is responsible for providing overall HR administrative support for Europe region. This position will interact with all levels of staff in the assigned territory.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to HR Europe Team for tasks related to employee’s life cycle (contracts, addendums, acknowledgement letters, etc.. )
  • Managing administrative onboarding for the assigned territory (IT access, gathering employees’ documents, updating HRIS)
  • Monitoring and updating leave trackers and systems for the region
  • Supporting HR Europe Team on ad hoc projects
  • Submitting various declarations and reports to different providers and administrations
  • Maintaining and updating personnel files

 

Requirements:

  • Commercial degree, CFC or equivalent diploma. HR certification is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR Assistant role, ideally for an international or a multicultural company            
  • Fluent in French and English, good level of German, any other European language is a strong asset 
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Well-organized, flexible, meticulous, able to handle sensitive information and willing to learn
  • Previous experience on a HRIS is a plus
