Executive Assistant (Temporary)
 
This temporary position will support the calendar management and travel coordination support for VPs along with daily administrative duties.
 
Responsibilities
  • Calendar management and maintenance
  • Travel arrangement and coordination 
  • Responsible for expense report 
  • Scheduling and coordinating of meetings
  • Presentation preparation 
  • Support daily office administrative duties
  • Responsible for the proper filing of records and documents
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks related to the administration as assigned
 
 
Requirements
  • Two years of college or business school equivalent
  • 5+ years of administrative or related working experience
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Good organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

 

Pay: up to $40/hour
