MANAGER – RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE & INSIDE PHONE SALES

PAY RANGE: $25 - $30 PER HOUR / DOE

Are you a strong communicator, team leader, and sales-minded professional?  We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service & Inside Phone Sales Manager to lead our call center team and drive results.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about team development and customer experience – we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee, coach, and develop a team of CSRs and phone sales reps.
• Manage daily call center operations (outbound, inbound, lead follow-up)
• Track KPIs and conversion metrics and hold team accountable to these
• Train staff on scripts, objection handling, and booking techniques
• Coordinate with dispatch, field techs, and marketing for seamless operations
• Implement strategies to maximize booked calls and revenue
• Monitor quality assurance and ensure exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years’ experience in CSR/inside phone sales management (HVAC/Plumbing preferred)
• Proven ability to coach, develop, lead, and motivate a team
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, booking rates, and lead handling
• High-level organization and time management skills
• Tech-savvy – ServiceTitan and/or CRM experience is a big plus
• Positive attitude, solution-focused, and reliable
