- Maintain a strategic and responsive focus on ensuring our team has the resources and tools to do their jobs.
- Demonstrate operational discipline through clear documentation and scalable procedures.
- Manage internal IT functions and coordinate with other administrative and operational groups across the company.
- Administer the IT budget to ensure the effective use of resources.
- Develop and manage IT contingency plans to ensure secure operations.
- 7+ years of IT leadership, ideally in civil engineering, AEC, or consulting settings.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in applicable field strongly preferred.
- Certifications in A+ and M365 preferred.
- Strong background in end-user support, IT systems infrastructure, cybersecurity, and M365.
- Working knowledge of civil engineering and CAD support software preferred.

- Strong time management, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent follow-through and documentation habits.
- Balancing immediate support with proactive technology planning.

- Strategic thinking that can translate company needs into effective policies and systems.
- Ability to maintain productivity in an autonomous environment.
