About the Role:
Pandya Medical Center is hiring an Office Lead in Dawsonville to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical office. You’ll ensure smooth workflows, high patient satisfaction, and effective coordination between staff, providers, and leadership. Duties and Responsibilities
Lead daily huddles, stay on-site until the last patient or staff member leaves, and ensure all end-of-day tasks are completed.
Coordinate with building management on work orders and urgent requests.
Collect payments, reconcile daily transactions (cash, check, credit).
Maintain office/clinical supplies and supplement inventory.
Review and manage ultrasound and nutritionist appointments; identify and correct scheduling errors.
Complete chart prep, pre-visit planning, and patient confirmation calls.
Support staff, report attendance/PTO, and escalate issues to the Regional Operations Manager.
Ensure a positive patient experience through efficient office workflow.
Address and resolve staff/patient concerns with professionalism.
Manage pharmaceutical rep visits, sample inventory, and lunch meetings.
Maintain a clean, organized office space.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a front office lead or in a similar supervisory role
Prior customer service experience (required)
Medical office experience (preferred)
Skills
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with scheduling software (Athena preferred)
Professional, courteous, and patient-centered mindset
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
