About the Role:
Pandya Medical Center is hiring an Office Lead in Dawsonville to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical office. You’ll ensure smooth workflows, high patient satisfaction, and effective coordination between staff, providers, and leadership. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead daily huddles, stay on-site until the last patient or staff member leaves, and ensure all end-of-day tasks are completed.

  • Coordinate with building management on work orders and urgent requests.

  • Collect payments, reconcile daily transactions (cash, check, credit).

  • Maintain office/clinical supplies and supplement inventory.

  • Review and manage ultrasound and nutritionist appointments; identify and correct scheduling errors.

  • Complete chart prep, pre-visit planning, and patient confirmation calls.

  • Support staff, report attendance/PTO, and escalate issues to the Regional Operations Manager.

  • Ensure a positive patient experience through efficient office workflow.

  • Address and resolve staff/patient concerns with professionalism.

  • Manage pharmaceutical rep visits, sample inventory, and lunch meetings.

  • Maintain a clean, organized office space.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a front office lead or in a similar supervisory role

  • Prior customer service experience (required)

  • Medical office experience (preferred)

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with scheduling software (Athena preferred)

  • Professional, courteous, and patient-centered mindset

  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards

Schedule

  • Full-time | In Office | Monday to Friday
