We are currently looking to hire someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of those we care for. Your job should provide a sense of accomplishment, joy and gratification. We are searching for an incredibly talented, organized, professional, and POSITIVE person who works well under pressure, meets deadlines, and has strong people skills to lead a team of maintenance personnel under the direction of the Director of Maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and assign tasks to maintenance staff while maintaining an efficient workflow that aligns with operational priorities
Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, including scheduling, oversight, and quality control of third party services and contractors
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, compliance reports, and other department administrative tasks
Organize and update departmental records, including safety audits, material safety data sheets, work order logs, warranties and manuals
Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness and cost efficiency without overstock or shortage
Support budgeting, procurement, and long term planning in collaboration with the Director of Maintenance
Utilize campus maintenance management software and Google Workspace tools for work order tracking, reporting, and internal communication
Uphold safety standards, regulatory compliance, and professional conduct when interacting with residents and staff
Ensure all department documents are properly filed, accessible, and audit ready at all times
Requirements:
- Must have general knowledge of building maintenance and construction
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency with computers and technology
