We are looking to expand our team.  We’re looking for a dynamic and organized team member to join us in a dual-role position focused on inside sales and customer service.  Royal apparel is an industry leader of Made in USA, Organic & Sustainable apparel. We are proud to make our garments out of Fibers that are Eco-Friendly, Green and help the Earth!


 

Position Overview:

This hybrid role bridges sales and customer service—perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and wears multiple hats. You’ll assist clients throughout the sales cycle, from first contact to post-delivery, while also identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts.


 

Customer Service Duties

  • Handle incoming inquiries from wholesale and B2B customers
  • Professionally assist customer requests via phone, email, and chat. 
  • Process orders, provide order updates, and manage returns or exchanges 
  • Communicate with production,  and shipping departments to resolve issues 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order histories and manage client data in CRM & ERP systems.
     

Inside Sales Duties

  • Support the sales team with quote creation, sample coordination, and follow-ups
  • Sales Driven -Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing customers 
  • Given dedicated client list, to give attention & to take care of there  needs. 
  • Reach out to warm leads , New Customer inquires and re-engage inactive accounts
     





Requirements

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in customer service or inside sales (preferably in apparel or manufacturing) 
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and wholesale processes 
  • Familiarity with product lines, fabric types, and garment construction is a plus
  • Computer savvy - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a MUST 
  • Proficient in CRM software and order management systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Salesforce) 
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Work independently as well as within a team
  • Ability to research issues independently to problem solve and provide customers with solutions.
