We’re looking for a dynamic and organized team member to join us in a dual-role position focused on inside sales and customer service. Position Overview:
This hybrid role bridges sales and customer service—perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and wears multiple hats. You’ll assist clients throughout the sales cycle, from first contact to post-delivery, while also identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts.
Customer Service Duties
- Handle incoming inquiries from wholesale and B2B customers
- Professionally assist customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Process orders, provide order updates, and manage returns or exchanges
- Communicate with production, and shipping departments to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order histories and manage client data in CRM & ERP systems.
Inside Sales Duties
- Support the sales team with quote creation, sample coordination, and follow-ups
- Sales Driven -Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing customers
- Given dedicated client list, to give attention & to take care of there needs.
- Reach out to warm leads , New Customer inquires and re-engage inactive accounts
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in customer service or inside sales (preferably in apparel or manufacturing)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and wholesale processes
- Familiarity with product lines, fabric types, and garment construction is a plus
- Computer savvy - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a MUST
- Proficient in CRM software and order management systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to research issues independently to problem solve and provide customers with solutions.
