We are seeking a skilled People & Culture Manager to join our Americas’ HR team in the United States. As the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.  This position is located in Atlanta, GA (Galleria office) and eligible for hybrid work. 

 

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

 

  1. Drive diversity, cultural transformation, talent development and improvement of ways of working in the country
  2. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
  3. Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers. Address conflicts and facilitate resolutions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  4. Implement policies, processes, systems concepts and practices that support organizational strategy & company values.  Ensure policies are communicated effectively and consistently applied across the organization.
  5. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
  6. Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive organizational culture. Organize events and initiatives to celebrate achievements and foster team cohesion.
  7. Manage changes to minimize disruption to the business.
  8. Participate on global and regional P&C project teams.
  9. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, including employment law

 

What you’ll bring to the Team:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications (ie. SAP Success Factors).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
