As an administrative assistant you will join us on our journey and undertake a key role, responsible for administrative and organisational support to aid the Executive team in the smooth running of the business.
As part of this role you will support the delivery of the business transformation plan through effective support for the change / project management process. The Administrative Assistant will role model appropriate behaviour at all times and demonstrate a customer first mindset.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be have demonstrable experience working in an administrative/ support role. In addition to this, you will:
- Possess first-class communication skills with the ability to collaborative and influence
- Demonstrate Previous experience supporting change or project management activity
- Be proficient user of Office 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Display strong organisational skills with a positive and collaborative approach
- Previous experience working within a financial services or regulated business is also desirable for this role
