About the Role 

Our Legal & Regulatory Team is seeking an exceptional Associate who is eager and able to contribute to the management and optimization of the department’s human capital ecosystem. The Associate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the department by providing and ensuring seamless and efficient functional support and execution. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Human Capital Management: Oversee and manage human capital processes, ensuring the department's talent is effectively utilized and supported. 
  • Process Design and Orchestration: Develop and implement processes related to space management, ensuring optimal use of resources and facilities. 
  • Project Management: Lead the project management of the department's review processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion. 
  • Operational Excellence: Take full ownership of the daily operational functions within the LRG department, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Superb detail orientation and reliability in running operational processes   
  • Highly organized, can juggle multiple balls without any drops  
  • Ability to anticipate and react to problems by providing support and solutions  
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential issues in a mature manner while demonstrating high levels of discretion, empathy, and composure  
  • Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and/or tools (MS Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Workday, SNOW ticketing, and survey data analysis (e.g., employee survey) 

Physical Requirements 

The onsite requirement for this role is four days per at our Westport, CT headquarters campus. 

Compensation 

The wage range for this role is $155,000 - $250,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80-90% of this wage range.
