Customer care representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer service reps. They are confident at troubleshooting and will investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will establish effective customer care for all internal and external customers utilizing excellent communication, in-depth knowledge of company products, programs, and policies.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles all incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry – Customer Orders, CRM, and other tracking data.
- Urgent and accurate response to customers’ needs to resolve problems and answer questions.
- Assist customers and sales team with customer order tracking requests.
- Live chat response support
- Communication throughout all departments including off-site locations- US & CAN
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with urgency and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and to offer solutions to problems.
- Requires attention to detail in a fast paced, multi-functional environment.
- Must have computer efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have strong prioritization skill and ability to organize information.
- Must have dependability for meeting daily metrics for accuracy and output of work.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:
- Minimum High School diploma or GED.
- Must have computer efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2 years of customer service experience with direct customer contact preferred.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
- Requires sitting for long periods of time.
- At times requires wearing common protective or safety equipment.
- At times includes exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting.
COMPENSATION: Hourly/non-exempt starting at $19.00-$22.00 per hour. Individual compensation based on applicant's experience, background and qualifications.
