- Serve as the lead advisor and programmatic point of contact supporting AFMEDCOM/A3T operational training programs.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage readiness training initiatives, performance metrics, and improvement actions.
- Facilitate communication between HQ AF, AFMEDCOM, MAJCOM POCs, and field stakeholders.
- Analyze data from multiple sources and present findings to senior leaders.
- Identify and address performance barriers; coordinate root cause analysis and implement countermeasures.
- Organize, coordinate, and provide administrative support for site visits, symposiums, workshops, and remote collaboration.
- Maintain and update knowledge exchange and SharePoint sites, action item trackers, and distribution lists.
- Support the development of technical reports, presentations, and studies aligned with readiness objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field and Master’s degree in Health Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience with DoD policy and operations.
- At least 3 years of experience managing or coordinating large-scale programs or projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess a current favorable Tier 1 background investigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Experience supporting Air Force Medical Service or other DoD healthcare programs.
- Familiarity with readiness programs such as CMRP, TCCC, or MEDIC-X.
- Knowledge of government contract operations and performance reporting (e.g., CDRLs, QCPs).
- Change management or organizational development experience in complex, matrixed environments.
- Primary duty location is Defense Health Headquarters at 7700 Arlington Blvd, Arlington, VA.
- Telework is authorized on an ad-hoc or situational basis with COR approval.
- Standard work hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding Federal holidays.
- Must be responsive and available within 2 hours during duty hours when telecommuting.
- Occasional CONUS / OCONUS travel may be required
