RWC International is a growing commercial vehicle sales and service dealership, family owned in Arizona. 

You’re an up and coming professional looking for a career in sales.  You’re great at relationships 
and staying organized.  You may not know much about trucks but you have an eye for customer service and can 
become passionate about the industry.

The Sales Assistant/Sales Apprentice is charged with the timely movement of all trucks from the order to customer delivery. This position facilitates a prompt, professional process by which sales deals can be completed. This role is meant as an apprenticeship whereby the qualified applicant will learn the role of full-time truck sales through gaining knowledge and experience by assisting sales representatives and the GM in truck sales processes. This position is a Monday– Friday, 8AM–5PM role in person at our Corporate HQ located at 600 N. 75th Ave. in Phoenix, AZ.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Verifies all sales documentation and related paperwork has been correctly and fully completed.
  • Coordinates delivery preparation of all sold vehicles, ensuring that purchased options have been furnished and installed.
  • Coordinates delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Review and cleanse CRM as needed
  • Maintains frequent contact with the manufacturer and other vendors to ensure a thorough knowledge of current leasing, sales, and incentive programs.
  • Manage internal coordination and web listing for stock inventory
  • Manage updates and notifications to major fleet customers
  • Responsible for submittal of special concessions to vendors and manufacture partners
  • Filing of all warranties with manufacturers and vendors
  • Assist manager and key fleet sales managers in administrative and processing duties
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Learning sales technique, truck specification and sales processes while growing into a customer facing role.

COMPETENCIES

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees in the company.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Strong Excel skills is a must).
  • Ability to learn new technology and software.
  • Highly Organized – Ability to pivot from project to project without lapses in efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Driven, Self – Starter – Takes Initiative.
  • Proven ability to be a team player.
