
Remote URGENT: Part-Time Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting Assistant (appointment setting experience is required) bei WorkStaff360

- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads using VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral, Vonage, Twilio)
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, or SMS based on predefined follow-up schedules
- Book appointments directly into the broker’s calendar based on availability
- Track and report call outcomes in the CRM or tracking sheet
- Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system
- Ensure accurate documentation of conversations and follow-up actions
- Identify and flag high-priority leads for immediate attention
- Execute tasks based on established SOPs and performance targets
- Coordinate with the broker for schedule adjustments or priority client needs
- Attend weekly check-ins or performance review calls (as needed)
Hard Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead follow-up
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Familiarity with CRM systems and VoIP calling tools
- Ability to follow scripts and SOPs consistently
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace
- Excellent attention to detail, task tracking, and time management skills
- Experience working with a mortgage broker, financial advisor, or real estate professional
Schedule:
- 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 10AM - 2PM Eastern Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
- $3-$4USD/hour
