  • Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads using VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral, Vonage, Twilio)
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or SMS based on predefined follow-up schedules
  • Book appointments directly into the broker’s calendar based on availability
  • Track and report call outcomes in the CRM or tracking sheet
  • Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system
  • Ensure accurate documentation of conversations and follow-up actions
  • Identify and flag high-priority leads for immediate attention
  • Execute tasks based on established SOPs and performance targets
  • Coordinate with the broker for schedule adjustments or priority client needs
  • Attend weekly check-ins or performance review calls (as needed)

Hard Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead follow-up
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and VoIP calling tools
  • Ability to follow scripts and SOPs consistently
  • Reliable internet connection and home workspace
  • Excellent attention to detail, task tracking, and time management skills
  • Experience working with a mortgage broker, financial advisor, or real estate professional

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 10AM - 2PM Eastern Standard Time Zone

Offer and Benefits:

  • $3-$4USD/hour
  • HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
