Job Summary
The Administrative Project Coordinator provides support to Sun's Event & Special Projects team by performing various administrative tasks in an organized and effective manner.
Job Duties
- Responds to team member inquiries and requests across various communication channels (phone, email, support ticket system) in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assists with resolving uniform-related inquiries and issues from team members in a timely and professional manner.
- Assists with administering Sun's purchasing card programs.
- Uploads and codes invoices into ERP system to ensure payment is processed on a timely basis.
- Makes travel arrangements, including booking airfare, hotel accommodations, and car rentals for team members traveling to/from company events.
- Assists with maintaining the team member rewards and incentive programs.
- Assists with monitoring inventory and maintaining an adequate supply of event-related materials.
- Assists with various special projects as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 1 year HR experience (Preferred)
- 2 years Administrative experience (Required)
- 2 years Customer service experience (Required)
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail
