We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical Master Data Specialist to join our Supply Chain team at our Algonquin Plant Facility. In this critical role, you'll act as a link between Design and Production Control, ensuring item, routing, and BOM accuracy within our ERP system (CSI) and overseeing CAD-Link processing that drives project releases.

Key Responsibilities
CAD-Link Processing
Run CAD-Link software after project designs are finalized
Identify and resolve errors to enable timely and accurate project/WBS releases
Collaborate with software developers to troubleshoot issues and improve system integration
Material BOMs & Routing
Create and update BOMs and routings in CSI for new and existing items
Work with Design and Production teams to adjust data as changes occur
Audit BOM and routing data regularly for accuracy and alignment with CAD-Link logic
Item Creation
Enter and maintain item master data in CSI, including source and stocking identifiers
Perform regular audits to ensure item data integrity
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Communicate with Engineering, Design, and Production Control to resolve CAD-Link issues
Partner with software vendors to address technical errors
Verify project readiness by confirming all data is complete and accurate
What You Bring to the Team
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
Effective communicator and team collaborator
High attention to detail with excellent time management
Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Must be flexible and reliable with working hours
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Syteline/CSI preferred)
Familiarity with CAD software and Dant Clayton materials/projects a plus
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting
Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed
