Minimum Qualifications/Experience:%3Cbr/%3E·%26nbsp;%26nbsp;6 years of sales management experience with 6 years of banking management experience:%3Cbr/%3E%26nbsp;%26nbsp;%26nbsp;OR 6 years of sales management experience with 2 years of Woodforest Branch Manager’s experience;%3Cbr/%3E%26nbsp;%26nbsp;%26nbsp;OR a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of progressively more responsible bank operations and sales management experience.%3Cbr/%3E·%26nbsp;%26nbsp;Experience managing multiple work sites is helpful.%3Cbr/%3E·%26nbsp;%26nbsp;Previous instore banking experience is preferred, but not required.%3Cbr/%3E·%26nbsp;%26nbsp;5 years of sales and personnel management experience required.%3Cbr/%3E%26nbsp;%26nbsp;%26nbsp;·%26nbsp;%26nbsp;Individuals with this level of experience are typically responsible and accountable for all sales, service, and operational goals and expectations as well as for all personnel and employment decisions at a given branch/location.
