About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at the Opa-Locka branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online sales inquiries, nurturing leads, processing orders and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role goes beyond traditional e-commerce sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice of a brand known for elegance, innovation, and exceptional craftsmanship—helping customers bring their outdoor visions to life from the comfort of their screens. What You'll Do:
- Manage online sales, respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and order placement.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online interactions.
- Follow up on leads generated through the website and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor and report on e-commerce sales performance and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve order issues.
- Deliver outstanding support in both English and Spanish, ensuring every customer feels valued.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Proven experience in inside sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
