Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory / Asset Manager to oversee and manage all CSU inventory of assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Telecom Asset Management and a proven track record of maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and report on all CSU inventory of assets.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
- Track and manage asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs.
- Generate detailed inventory reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Must possess an active TS clearance at the time of application, be willing and able to obtain SCI access, and pass a CI polygraph.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Inventory / Asset Management, preferably in Telecom Asset Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
