Hybrid Project Coordinator bei SitelogIQ

Our Project Coordinator will work out of our Midwest Division, located in Edina, Minnesota. This position collaborates with project management teams to support the ongoing implementation and overall success of projects. Reporting directly to the Manager of Preconstruction, daily responsibilities include all aspects of project administration and will vary depending on the status of projects assigned. The role contributes to projects from initiation through project closeout.

The salary range is $55,000 - $75,000. The salary may vary within the range based on factors such as location of the role, and a candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project management teams to support project planning and execution
• Coordinate documentation, contracts, submittals, and compliance materials
• Facilitate communication across design, preconstruction, and implementation teams
• Assist with change management, QA/QC, and progress tracking
• Manage project closeout documentation and archiving
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives

Project Coordinator Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Construction industry experience a plus
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment
• Ability to focus on multiple tasks and projects
• Intermediate user level for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
• Proficiency in Procore project administration software, AIA software (similar to Docusign) OR related programs
