What you'll do
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using AI-assisted platforms to identify, personalize and engage high-potential leads.
- Leverage firmographic and intent data to prioritize outreach based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
- Personalize outreach using AI-generated drafts enriched with human insight and contextual relevance.
- Collaborate with marketing and Rev Ops to refine targeting strategies and messaging.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new sales and new business opportunities within your account base Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in IT, procurement, and executive leadership before and after the initial sale.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that align ATS’s managed services with client pain points and business outcomes.
- Maintain a consultative approach to consistently uncover client needs and position ATS’s full suite of services accordingly.
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate forecasting and activity reporting in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure impactful presentations before the initial sale. - Provide a seamless introduction to Client Management and continue to partner with CM to identify and present new lines of business to your account base.
Qualification
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of consultative sales experience in the technology sector.
- Proven success selling into compliance-driven industries (e.g., Financial Services, Legal, Healthcare).
- Experience with sales models including Fixed Price, T&M, Staff Augmentation, and “as-a-service” offerings.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with modern sales tech stack (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io or similar).
- Strong understanding of managed services and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a tech-savvy sales environment.
