Major/Essential Functions
- Campaign Management:
- Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Spotify, LinkedIn, Disney Campaign Manager and other platforms.
- Optimize ad performance through continuous testing, monitoring, and tweaking of ad creatives, bids, and targeting.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Monitor and adjust spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired results.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. Prepare SEO-driven web copy that serves as landing pages for digital campaigns, focusing on audience needs, campaign goals, and alignment with Texas Tech University’s brand voice.
- Ensure web copy incorporates SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, meta descriptions, and proper formatting, to enhance search engine visibility and user engagement.
- Ensure all creative assets comply with platform guidelines and maintain consistency with brand standards.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Provide training and support to team members on paid media best practices and tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in creating and managing digital advertising campaigns, preferably in a marketing or advertising context.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc. with additional proficiencies in data reporting and SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEM Rush, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in running digital advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tags Manager for tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
- Experience with other paid digital media platforms such as Spotify, LinkedIn, and Disney Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
