Your Role in the Hive

As our Platform Administrator, you’ll be the go-to guru for our Five9 cloud contact center platform. From routing calls like a pro to syncing tools like Salesforce and FieldRoutes, you’ll be the architect behind our operational hive. Think of it as building the digital tunnels that keep our worker bees buzzing efficiently.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Configure and manage Five9 features: IVRs, ACD, call routing, campaigns, permissions, and reporting
• Troubleshoot tech hiccups and collaborate with vendors to keep the hive running smoothly
• Integrate Five9 with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zapier, or FieldRoutes
• Build automations that make workflows smarter and data cleaner
• Support the call center team with all their tech and system needs
• Maintain documentation like a true hive historian

Requirements

What You Bring to the Hive  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• 3+ years of experience managing a cloud contact center platform (Five9 required)
• Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, contact center workflows
• Hands-on experience with integrations (Zapier, FieldRoutes, Salesforce) and REST APIs
• Tech troubleshooting chops + keen attention to detail
• Great communication skills—you can translate tech talk into human speak
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or real-world experience that proves you’ve got the sting)
